When our charter members met to birth our beloved community, they chose this phrase to represent the mission for River of Grass UU Congregation. Our contemporary mission statement reflects our covenantal relationship to each other and the larger community: "At River of Grass UU, we nurture our spirits, love intentionally, and create a just and healthy planet." Your contribution is essential to the success of the Building Fund. Every dollar is important. Large or small, your donation counts. River of Grass continues to flourish as we seek to live our Mission. |
Building Fund Contributions
We have set up several methods for you to make your pledges/contributions to the Building Fund. The table below details the various methods, including charges that the River accrues when each payment method is used.

Payment Options
Thank you very much for your commitment to the River of Grass UU Congregation!
To reduce the possibility of theft or fraud, we recommend you make your pledge payments through one of the following online methods:
1. Zelle (payments can be made directly from your bank, or, if your bank doesn’t support Zelle, the Zelle app can be obtained at https://www.zellepay.com/go/zelle). The recipient address is office@riverofgrassuu.org. Make sure to indicate that the payment is for the Building Fund.
2. Vanco (Building Fund payments can be made at https://secure.myvanco.com/L-Z5VP/campaign/C-15JCA?access=tile_direct
. The Building Fund automatically receives these payments, including recurring ones.
3. Check (in addition to the above, we can receive pledge payments by Check, including checks mailed from 3rd parties, such as for Qualified Charitable Distributions from an IRA.)

Alternatively, you can place your donations in the Collection Plate on Sunday morning or in the Dropbox located outside.
Please ensure your name is clearly displayed on the check, and kindly indicate that the payment is for the Building Fund.
4. Collection Plate (if you wish, you still can place cash in a sealed envelope—clearly identified with your name and marked ‘Building Fund’—and drop it in the Collection Plate on Sunday morning.)
