In accordance with our Bylaws, this notification provides members of River of Grass Unitarian Universalist Congregation with the final agenda for the Annual Meeting of the River of Grass UU Congregation which will be held on Sunday, May 18, 2025, both in-person and virtually via Zoom from 12:15-2:30 pm. The agenda includes all items which will be voted on at the meeting.
Members are eligible to vote as follows: All new members who joined this year and signed the membership book by March 19, 2025 (60 days prior to the Annual Meeting). All members who joined before this year and are a member in “good standing” (as defined in our policies Section 9E) as of May 4, 2025 (14 days prior to the Annual Meeting). 40% of eligible voting membership is required to be in attendance at the meeting to constitute a quorum. Absentee ballots can be submitted for the election of the Board of Trustees and Nominating Committee only. Contact secretary@riverofgrassuu.org soon if you cannot be at the meeting and wish to vote on these positions.
