Our Director of Music

Peter Meerwarth comes to us with oodles of experience to lead this important part of our community.  He says:

​"Hi, I’m Peter and it is a privilege to be a part of the ROG family. After college, I became a public school teacher for 10 years. Then I was the worship leader at a megachurch in Pella, IA for 10 years. After that, I came back to the east coast and started a music school called Mill Pond Music Academy which is still in existence today.  I recently moved to FL for some peace and quiet where I met the talented and inspired, RevAmy, who put an end to the peace and the quiet and has me leading the musicians at ROG…and I couldn’t be happier. singing for justice for all peoples. I am honored to be here."
