Members of River of Grass Unitarian Universalist Congregation make the most important decisions affecting the life of the congregation via votes at congregational meetings.
Between congregational meetings, the Board of Trustees is the policy-making body. The Board consists of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Past-President, four Trustees and an optional Youth Representative, who are elected at the Annual Congregational Meeting held in May. Each serves a two-year term, which begin on July 1.
The Board of Trustees meets monthly with a minimum of nine meetings each fiscal year. Meetings are open to all members. Minutes of each meeting are posted to the Members’ Section of the River of Grass website.
